Privacy
What is stored
- Your email address, only so you can sign in. There are no passwords.
- Your profile and regimen, if you sign in and save them: the name you give the profile, age, sex, height, weight, activity, diet, the kinds of medication you tick, your goals, and the products in your regimen with servings per day. Use a nickname instead of your real name.
- Daily counts, kept against your account id and not your email: how much AI use and how many new product lookups you used today.
- Product labels and ingredient facts that anyone has looked up are remembered so the next check is instant. They hold nothing about you.
- In this browser: your sign-in, and a profile or regimen you saved while signed out. These never leave the browser.
We don't sell your data, and there are no ads.
Who handles it
These services run the site. Each sees only what its job needs.
- Supabase holds the sign-in and the database: your email, profile, regimen and daily counts.
- Resend sends the sign-in email, so it sees your email address.
- Cloudflare runs the human check on the sign-in form.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs.
- Anthropic and Perplexity are the AI providers. They receive the name of an ingredient and nothing else. They never see your profile, your email or your regimen: the profile is applied afterwards, by code on the server.
- The US National Institutes of Health label database is searched with the product name you type.
Deleting your data
On the Account page, signed in:
- Delete my saved data empties your profile and regimen and keeps your account.
- Delete my account removes your email, profile, regimen, counts and sign-in from the database, and signs you out everywhere.
Neither clears what this browser saved while you were signed out. To clear that, use the Clear button on the Profile page and Remove on the Regimen page, or clear this site's data in your browser's settings. The services above may keep ordinary technical logs for a short time that this site doesn't control.
